From: Russell | posted: 03.05.2006 18:25 Has anybody bought a Zoostorm computer from the company PC Next Day? They seem suspiciously cheap and I'm thinking about buying one of their high-end PCs but I've never heard of them and don't know if I should take the risk. |

From: Michael | posted: 31.05.2006 16:57 Friend of mine just bought their "cheap" base unit at £499 plus a monitor extra, arrived the time they said (they email with delivery or the courier did, not sure which). That says that they are good to me for pre-sale, no reason yet for post-sale customer service. Try www.pcpro.co.uk and look through Computer Shopper reviews and you'll find most Zoostorms have decent ratings too, know what you're going through though, would prefer to find out more and the info is hard to get! |

From: Russell | posted: 05.08.2006 13:40 I've opted for the ZooStorm 5-6403 which is due to arrive this Monday. So far PC Next Day seem ok and their PCs rate very highly in the PC consumer press. I am a little suspicious though that I can't find feedback anywhere on the net for this company. I'll be the first then. |

From: Sonic | posted: 21.09.2006 09:28 What do I say. I am looking to buy a new PC. Seeing good computer mags reviews about PC nextday and awful customer reviews about MESH(my original choice) I thought to get some more info from PC Nextday about their machines. Its been a week now and I still have not heard back from them. There is no number to call but you have to ask by email and these ppl don't call you even if you ask. The email response is non-existent except for the automatic confirmation of your request. How on earth could I consider to buy anything from these guys when they are so incompetent at selling. I certainly am not in the mood in finding out what it will be like if you have to deal with their after-sales. Absolutely unbelievable that a firm selling PC's does not have a contact number. It makes me also question validity and integrity of computer mags reviews. Maybe PC's they get to test are decent but they don't do public a favor by not including into their ratings customer satisfaction and post-sales support. How MESH can be top when internet is littered with horror stories. I wonder!!! |

From: Gill | posted: 21.09.2006 12:45 Also considered buying from pcnextday, but have been put off by their customer service - or lack of. I found this number for them on another forum - 0151 709 6342 - if anyone is having any problems contacting them for deliveries. I think that they insist you post an email if you have technical problems with a machine you already received from them. Now considering Chillblast. |

From: Tony | posted: 26.09.2006 10:32 As of today I have been waiting 14 days for a delivery confirmation email. They say 10 working days, which also happens to be today, but it is as quiet as a grave. I have emailed them three times and each time they have not answered the question, merely stated the same thing, that their delivery is “ten working days”. Two points wind me up (1) on the ‘order tracking' page, my order is ‘complete' - it is not. (2) they took payment from my card on the order date, 14 days ago - very naughty. Their address is : PC NextDay Ltd, Unit 19 Glacier Buildings, Brunswick Business Park, Liverpool, L3 4BH. If you do order from them, good luck. I'll repost when I take delivery. |

From: Richard | posted: 05.10.2006 22:17 I have been wating for a week for the sales crew at PC Next Day to tell me that the Photo Editor and Edge 7502 are Vista- and Viiv-ready but have had nothing but the automated acknowlegement to seven repeats of the query. I also found the telephone number -- but try ringing it: it's the main switchboard number and it's permanently engaged. The conclusion I have come to is that the company is either a scam or is no longer trading. |

From: Andrew Masson | posted: 20.10.2006 21:32 Yes pc-nextday are pretty hopeless as regard to further information about there products, but i do not think this is a scam, i believe that the manufacturars are simply being rushed off there feet due to such high demand for there astoundingly cheap computers, all the magazines say that they are brilliant, the few people i have been able to contact who actually own a zoostorm pc or laptop have completely praised them. Zoostom doesnt even currently have its own website, i believe that the very poor customer service is simply due to high demand and an unexpected flux of sales. |
