From: Norma | posted: 26.12.2006 20:57 I received my Philips X56 laptop 2 weeks ago and I was until today very happy. After I left it on last night and the battery totally emptied, i charged it, but I cannot turn the computer on anymore. It just does not work at all. Does anyone has the same problem? Or does anyone knows what is wrong? |

From: rayliotta | posted: 05.02.2007 12:55 I'm interested in one of these, and would like to know what the problem was when your X56 stopped working. Is there a problem with the battery or did it just die? |

From: Dave Adamson | posted: 09.02.2007 15:41 Helen, If the two blue lights on the left (power/wireless) are on, press the power button and hold it down for about ten seconds. This should cause the machine to switch off. It can then be turned on again. |
