From: PaulH | posted: 10.01.2007 15:41 Anyone else had this yet? - Just filled in the forms to request my free Vista Upgrade. Got as far as entering payment details when I was told there was an error and to re-try. Now It wont accept my COA, probably becuase it thinks I have already registered :( |

I have contacted them by email and they have helpfully provided me with 2 replies that don't relate to my question and then a telephone helpline in America!!! I assume you are going through moduslink as you are having the same problems as me. |

They kept renewing my COA But it kept giving an error message either at payment or Personal detail stage.When I phoned yerterday they told me that my order was incomplete, so they cancelled it totally and when I tried after an 8 hour period it went through without problem. Perhaps you need to ask them to cancel your order totally and renew your COA so you can try again. |
